This page explains how to request deletion of your account in the Be app by Be Group (شركة كوكب بغداد).

Deletion steps

  1. Submit a request: send an account-deletion request through this page or to support@be-group.iq, including the details linked to your account (such as the registered phone number or email).
  2. Ownership verification: our team verifies that you own the account before taking any action.
  3. Processing: the account is deleted or deactivated and its data handled according to the app’s approved policy.
  4. Confirmation: you receive a confirmation message once deletion is complete.

What is deleted and what is retained?

  • Personal account data linked to your use of the app is deleted.
  • Some data may be retained for periods required by law or for specific legitimate purposes (to be detailed once the final policy is approved).

Expected timeline

Requests are processed within a reasonable period after identity verification.
